Sorted out a watch battery for my step father. Previous cost from one of the stalls in Brent Cross was £50, H Samuel cost £10 plus a guarantee on the battery. Well done.

I ordered a product (£350 watch) on…
I ordered a product (£350 watch) on line for collection at Brent Cross store. I did not receive confirmation but phoned HS and confirmed that order had been received and item should be available for collection. I went to store only to find that their systems were down, item had not been received and they had no idea when it might be received due to recent unexpected closure of Shopping Centre. I left centre and phoned HS again. This time I was told that order had been received but had not been actioned and moreover item was no longer available except at Westfield Shopping Centre store. This was unacceptable so I cancelled order. I then ordered the same item from John Lewis and it arrived on time within three days as promised. Unlikely to use HS again.

I bought 6 items during the sales period from Brent Cross and Westfield. I found Brent Cross hv more staff and more styles to choose for. Staff are nice and products are new and good. Only it did not show clear about the promotion like very rush to reopen. Shop floor is clean but don't smelling fresh so if can keep fresh air in would be better. I will recommend to my friends.

During your sale period
During your sale period, I ordered one of your forever diamond ring online and after double checking that my size in was in stock with one of your colleagues. On the day I was meant to collect it, I went to the store only to be told it is in fact out of stock. Left feeling Very dissapointed and dissatisfied with the staff member who didn’t offer any suggestions to help.
