Me and my partner came to the middlesbrough store this week to purchase our wedding rings. Gary was lovely he was so helpful and patient! We felt no pressure and Me been a woman trying to pick the perfect ring nothing was to much for him trying lots of different rings and some more than once he was so patient!, Thank you again for helping us we are so happy :)

Fantastic customer service and happy to answer all of our questions. Very pleasant shopping experience. Visited the store twice and was served by Jamie and Tom, both of who were super friendly and really helpful. They both made our wedding ring shopping experience really special.

I went to the Middlesbrough store today and was served by Tom, he was very friendly and also offered me some insurance on the ornament I bought for two years and they would replace the item if it got damaged.
Very friendly, made me feel very comfortable

I visited the Middlesbrough store on March 15th and was served by Heidi. I went in wanting a gold chain for my partners 40th birthday, I had specific requests on size and length, Heidi went above and beyond to meet my demands, what an outstanding customer experience I had in that store, I have given him the chain early just to make sure it was the right one, and he absolutely loves it, thank you so much for your services greatfully appreciated. Heidi is an absolute credit to your store. I wi definitely be back to purchase any jewellery products in the future.

Excellent customer service at both hsamuels in Middlesbrough cannot fault them at all. Between both stores helped me sort my dad's father's Day present and some charms for myself.
I came through to Middlesbrough as I now refuse to shop in the Darlington store which is where I am from.
The incident in Darlington has been sorted via a direct call to customer service regarding the matter but I still refuse to shop in that store.

I thought the last that sold the silver necklace was very helpful and let me take photos of the necklace and bracelet to see witch one my grandson liked

Lovely lady serving us who could not do enough to help and really made my niece feel special. Really good choice and reasonable prices. I would definitely visit the Middlesbrough branch for future purchases following my recent experience here.

Friendly and helpful service without feeling pressured to buy

Staff were really helpful and presented us with a range of options. The bracelet was for my 10 year old daughter, so the service was directed mostly at her which made her day

I purchased a watch for my husbands 60th birthday the Samuel I used was extremely helpful and polite and offered me alternatives and showed me the range they had. I would have no hesitation using this branch again.
