Lost order made good. Excellent service.
An order I’d made back in December hadn’t been delivered. Although it had taken me months to get back in touch with the shop (due to lockdown, shop shut etc) they did not hesitate to find the order and get everything organised so I could collect it in store. Bonnie at H.Samuel in Portsmouth gave me excellent customer service, found the order, called me back promptly with an action plan and then contacted me as soon as the order was in. No quibbling and fuss free. Please note that it was more likely that Royal Mail lost my order, not H.Samuel.
