Good service , looked after straightaway once it could be see I was looking in the cabinet . Watch bought , adjusted for size and time set all very quickly . No problems at all and other customers in the shop were being dealt with quickly and covid protocols being observed . Good experience .

We visited H Samuel to purchase our wedding rings and it was the perfect shopping experience. From the customer service, to knowledge of the products, nothing was too much trouble. And the rings were due to be delivered within 6 weeks, but arrived within 6 days!
