I Brought my Mum A Locket and Chain as A Late Christmas Present when I gave it to Her She said that the Chain Was,nt long enough so the Following Week we went Back to get Another One, the Lady in the Shop was very Helpful and She even went out the Back to put the Locket on for us, so all in all we was very Pleased with the Service we Received.

Your social distancing policy meant I had to wait outside in the cold for 20 minutes while you only had one couple in the shop. When I pointed out that we could easily have practiced social distancing in the shop your staff were totally uninterested. They came within one minute of losing the sale and if I hadn’t actually wanted the watch they would have.
Anyway I’m probably wasting my time, I don’t imagine for one second that you will act on this at all
