Excellent service in crystal peaks from Jorja who fitted a watch we purchased to the correct sizing for my son.
Great service, five stars for a five star service.

I was having trouble setting the time, on my Citizen Promaster Navihawk watch (which was over a year old and purchased online from H Samuel for my 60th)
It is a very complex watch.
I took it into the Crystal Peaks Sheffield store and asked Johnny if he could help.
He was really helpful, but after 30 mins of trying to sort it , he was having no more luck than me.
He asked if I could leave it with him until the next day so he could persevere.
The next day my wife went to enquire and they said the watch was faulty.
Instead of sending it away to be repaired(which was well within their rights) they gave me a brand new replacement with a brand new 5 year warranty!
This is absolutely fantastic service and a lesson to other retailers.

Wedding gift, a 45 year old present from my wife, a Rotary non expensive watch, had stopped working since the local cobbler had recently changed the battery.
Thought it was now dud but asked about repair process & cost and ‘Johnny’ in the Crystal Peaks branch immediately offered to open it and have a look at the battery retainer and also put a different new battery in and HEY PRESTO all working, sooooo helpful and with a genuine smile and desire to help.
So pleased to get my sentimental watch back working that I gave a £10 tip, to which Johnny immediately asked if I was ok it going into the charity box on the counter and when I said that’s great, he put it in and pushed it all the way down in front of my wife and I.

Great service friendly staff. The manager took the Time to explain the difference I the watches I was looking at for my husband and didn't try yo rush me.I came away feeling confident I had bought the right thing.Good old fashioned service wish all shopping experience was like this

Went too store in crystal peaks unfortunately they didn’t have the size ring I needed but the gent I spoke too was so apologetic and very helpful n keen to make sure my shopping experience was a success so I purchased some earrings instore and got everything else I needed online
I can honestly say this was the best service I have ever received and will shop at h Samuel’s in the future

Bought a Seiko watch from Samuels in Crystal Peaks earlier this year but had to return it as it was losing time. They sent it back to Seiko who advised that as it had a small dent on the case it could not be serviced. Samuels phoned me to tell me this but then said they were willing to allow the full cost of the watch of £117 against another watch if I'd like to come in to choose one. This I did but having already bought another watch in the interim, my partner chose a pair of gold earrings with the balance on a credit note for future use at Samuels. What can I say fantastic service shining brightly in today's bleak world. Special thanks to Johnny the manager who is a real gem of a guy and nothing was too much trouble
