I went into the Swindon store to see if my husband's father's silver Claddagh ring could be repaired as it had split and was pretty much useless as it couldn't be worn. It had a lot of sentimental value as his father is now deceased, so I was a little worried about having it sent off somewhere else. But I didn't need to worry as it came back into the store today and it has been repaired to the highest standard. Both me and my husband couldn't be happier. I would also like to say how friendly, professional and helpful all of the staff are in this store. We highly recommend H. Samuel

Really easy site set up in a few clicks had a gift card thought it would be quite tricky but no it was so easy and smooth and this is a special gift for my mum loved it and it jumped out at me

It was very easy to buy my item online would buy my goods this way again.

Jo Hopkins was extremely professional and guided me through each step off piercing inc the after care, I would not go any where else now for piercing

Seller was very nice , very helpful even if he couldn't find the same kind of product which I would like have doublet, we found the solution and I appreciate it. Thank you for the nice service.

We visited H Samuel as I wanted a new watch for my birthday - I had a certain style in mind as had done some online research but glad I went into the actual shop, so much easier when you can see the actual product.
No pressure sales, really helpful assistant & no pressure to hurry. I ended up choosing 2 watches as the prices were good & I’m really pleased with them both.

Needing a new battery for my watch, I was impressed by the friendly service I received. The lady who served me explained that the watch would no longer be watertight - I had never been told this when I had had the battery replaced before. A very good experience from a member of staff who is obviously interested in her work and the customer.

The manager at the Swindon store was super helpful!! Very patient and genuinely seemed to care about the service he was providing.

Staff are very friendly and patient. I was guided through what I was looking for, and was given all the time I needed to decide and make changes where necessary. Email and telephone appointments with follow ups were great. I has a great response and a great team to make my dream come true.
