I felt comfortable shopping in H Samuel, Merry Hill Centre, West Midlandsl during the pandemic, the Store was well organised hand gel at the entrance and a notice to wait for a member of staff to call you in. The assistant was very helpful and pleasant. I purchased a gift for my husband for our 50th Wedding Anniversary which i am very pleased with.

I was served by a very efficient lady in the Merry Hill store who went above and beyond to help me. When she realised items weren't in stock, she sourced them from other stores and arranged for them to be delivered. Top quality service.

Wonderful store
Went to purchase rings for me and my partner. The staff on two different days were so friendly helpful and well spoken. Carrying out social distancing rules. Two staff most helpful were Liam and Paula. I would recommend them. Would shop there again most definitely.

Was messaged three times to say my item was now in store. Costed store on three occasions, where I was told three different reasons and even that I was just point blank wrong. The item has still not been received, and I have been told to choose something else up to the value.
