They deserve ZERO stars

They deserve ZERO stars. I cancelled all my accounts last September 2024 via phone call as I’m in Europe. My last bill was on September 2024, and after the cancellation I stopped receiving bills, although I kept receiving their spam HSBC Advisory emails. I cancelled my registered mobile number after cancelling all my HSBC cards. By February 2025 I started receiving bills emails again! I emailed their complaints department only for them to tell me I have to call (AGAIN) to discuss my complaint! I recommend everyone to not open any accounts with them if you’re living abroad else they’ll screw your account cancellation like they did mine. Also I’m not paying for anything else after the cancellation.

They are very responsive

They are very responsive, you make a call or send an email or turn up unannounced and they make the effort and reply promptly and find time for you.
I like the attitude of being there to help.
