Wish I read reviews

Wish I read reviews. I would never use this company! It is a very unorganized company. I ordered an item 3 weeks prior to ship date. When checking the status from my confirmation order number, the order could not be found. I was reassured over the phone it was be packaged and shipped next day. Only to receive an email the next day that the order was cancelled for no reason. Spoke with a representative to confirm that the item was not coming, and then received an email that it was shipped. No item was ever received. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a Christmas vintage Glass…

I ordered a Christmas vintage Glass Milk Jug, I receive the Jug but no bottom which lights up the Jug. The ony way I could fix this issue is to send the Glass Jug back ,they couldn't just send a base of lights which it sits on.I will have to send the Glass Jug back! It's shipped in Styrofoam in a box , it's a mess ,I decided to use for kitchen utilities!

I ordered a automotive jump…

I ordered a automotive jump starter/tire inflator from HSN on 12/08/2022 and the order was confirmed, on 12/11/2022 I received a email saying they over sold the item so I called their customer service and the representative said tough luck buddy. No empathy at all so I cancelled my account, what a fly by night operation and am encouraging everyone I know do not shop on their website or channel.

Missing package - HSN useless.

My earrings arrived to my town on 12/2 but it never delivered. USPS said it the label was electronically scanned, but not received. However HSN's page said it delivered to USPS and waiting processing. But it is a lie!

I talked to HSN on the 6th through social, phone and email but none of the staff could help me locate the missing package. I am now stuck waiting until Friday and hope they will find some sort of resolution to my lost package. I am so irritated. I am never shopping with them again.

don't ship to another address

I ordered a product and it was canceled. I originally received a confirmation, but apparently since I shipped it to a different address I needed to take an extra step and reconfirm my address which I was unaware. I purchased a second product at the same time and had no issues. Now the product is out of stock and I can't order it. Very disappointing!

HSN has the worst RETURN POLICY

HSN has the worst RETURN POLICY. They make it so difficult and then they continue to take the flex payments out until they have completely processed the return. DO NOT SHOP AT HSN THEY ARE TERRIBLE. USE QVC OR AMAZON.

I hate I made the purchase

I ordered a duster to take on my trip and never received it. Called to cancel the order because it's been over 14 days and the tracking information says it's waiting authorization whatever that means. I was told they can't cancel it because it's not considered lost. Well it's not with me. WTH!

I have purchased everything from clothing to pots and pans. The hosts are VERY misleading, totally dishonest about the quality.
The pots and pans I just purchased THANK GOD I read all of the instructions first because, though demonstrated as ergonomically designed, and great on stove and in oven, the instructions said to wear an oven glove AT ALL TIMES, NOT ONCE MENTIONED in the demonstration...quite the contrary. What would they have done OR have they done for anyone that has burned themselves??? PLUS made in China, what happened to the USA???
I have found them to be a very dishonest company to deal with SO please beware of anything and EVERYTHING you might think about purchasing!

I am a new customer as I purchased my first thing from HSN about 2 months ago which was a swimming pool. I received the pool with several missing pieces the heating panel was not there but I made mistake put the pool up not realizing that the parts connecting the pump and return were missing. I had already began filling the pool when realizing this. I spoke to a supervisor who said they would rush the part I waited well over 2 weeks no parts while my 5 yr old autistic son waited to use the pool. Also realized the sand pump they said it came with was not a sand pump but a cheap water pump. Anyway I am STILL WAITING FOR THE POOL TO BE PICKED UP WHILE I WAS TOLD WOULD BE 3-5 days been weeks and this pool still sits by my door. On side note the solar heater never ever came nor the parts that the supervisor (Jason) told me would be rushed. They gave me a gift card because of all the trouble which did not compensate my water use or all the other things bought for this junk pool. Anyway I decided to use the gift card towards a NEW IPHONE FOR MY SON. The phone came USED FITHY DIRTY IN SOME ANDROID BOX AND SOME JUNK CHARGER. I Do not know what kind of scams they are pulling selling used stuff as new. I am reporting to BBB for sure

Great Flexpay and easy returns

I've been an HSN customer for around 6 years, maybe a little longer. HSN has one of the best return policies out of any business I have ever shopped with. If you have the HSN credit card you can put a lot of items on up to 6 flexpays. I purchase mostly clothing, cookware and home improvement items.

My experience with their customer service representatives have always been positive. Their jewelry is ok, but now that Michael Valitutti is on the network I will be buying more jewelry from them. I have an entire jewelry box of his pieces.

I’ve been an HSN customer for 30 years…

I’ve been an HSN customer for 30 years and love it! I’d recently been blocked from using the site/ app and it took multiple phone calls but finally landed at HSN collections. A wonderful woman named Jennifer took the time .. and it did take time… to fully investigate which turned out to be a mistake! I can’t thank you enough Jennifer! You are wonderful!

10 year billing from my deceased husbands account

I have been a customer over twenty years. All of my easy pay accounts paid up from Xmas. Paid everything I owe and when I tried to place an order I was told that account my husband had who is now deceased was owed 66$ from 10 years ago so my a. Lunt was blocked. I do not have records from ten years ago
However if HSN does not value me as a customer and closes to lose my business over 66! Then that is their decision. My husband may or may not have owed HSN but I have never recieved a bill against my account. This seems really foolish to me. Just think it is good to know what customer service does after 10 years. This means that any number of years from now HSN could say I did not pay an easy pay payment. I did think that HSN was a more professional company

HSN is absolutely horrible

HSN is absolutely horrible. When wanting flex pay they run your card for funds, then deny you. Said my credit score was to low. It's a 660. Why run your card and take funds out of your account if you're not going to get approved...Trash Company! Never Again!!!
