The collection point doesnt exist . Wasted my day driving around looking for the day. When called, was given a different collection point , even that didnt exist . Calling third time got hang up. In my opinion this is a fraudulent establishment . Waiting for my refund for the service i paid for and never provided .

It's easy to use and does a great job. I was quite amazed about the dirt it extracted from the carpets. But you can see the difference afterwards, once the carpets have fully dried. Cleaner and fresher look. Stains are not really being removed fully. Stains should be pre treated before using this machine.

It’s good of water sucking as carpet get almost dry after use it’s cleaning good but could be better if those have brush build in so if you got some stains I would recommended to rinse than brush before using machine

Have booked the Karcher small Carpet Cleaner before. Comes with a long stick and carpet nozzle on the end of rubber tube attachment for the liquid to spray and suction. It’s ok but there was some leakage. Bought my own 1L carpet cleaning solution and spot spray for my small house, and managed to do the whole job in about 90 minutes
