Terrible service - avoid. Delivered a day late and no RCD plug meaning more costs and delays to actually being able to use it. Customer services line non existent - 25 mins on hold. Ordered unit a week in advance of heatwave for my young family and they really let us down.

We need a reduced rate for long term hire

It was great and did the job. I don't think it was the one in the picture as ours was a very old model. It is loud but that was ok. Cooled quite a large area well.

Kept a sick and vulnerable person cool in a very hot flat in the heatwave. Easy to use and whilst it makes a noise it was totally bearable. I used the tailpipe and a bucket to cope with the water coming out as there was a lot at times.
