not sure how many hours this unit had previously worked but it deceased after less than 2 hours of use when we had it washing down a beer cellar following flooding

The pressure was good but the jet of water was far too small, so it made for a cumbersome, time and water consuming task, despite the fact that the area I wanted to clean was very small. I would recommend you upgrade your machines - surely there are 'better' models with wider streams and even more pressure? This barely made a dent in some areas...

The service of the telephone support was excellent at the ordering stage, and also the delivery. However, there was a problem with the connector for the water inlet on the machine so it couldn't be used. I have used the exact same model before, last year so I don't believe the checks that were said to be done on the paperwork ensuring it would meet 'the best' HSS standards, were actually done. They have promised a replacement hire, but it's a nuisance.

The product did not have enough information on the platform. Our version of the washer did not have a function to adjust pressure, the part to fix nozzle for continious spray was missing thus had to hold it for longer stretches, but it did the job. Our patio is like brand new and fence is algea free now
