Changed original delivery date to the following day and then never came till the next day I wasn't available so it had to be left on the drive.

Mixed experience with HSS Hire. The sand was delivered in separate bags, not in a bulk bag as expected. The company also claims the bags are 35kg, but they were actually 25kg bags. On top of that, 3 bags arrived broken and sand was spilled all over the street. I called the company multiple times but nothing was properly resolved and no replacement was offered. The wacker plate hire itself was delivered on time with no issues, however the collection process was a complete disaster. First I received a message saying collection would be on Sunday — nobody came. Then another message for Monday — again no collection. Finally after another delay it was collected on Wednesday. Overall, the experience was quite unprofessional. Even trying to speak to someone on the phone is a challenge, usually taking around 30 minutes just to get through to someone.
