I rented a ladder and a base for it, and I paid with a deposit. To date, I haven’t received my deposit back, and I’m having a major issue with contacting the company. I’ve already sent three or four emails without any response. This company is very unprofessional.

The ladder was very solid and well constructed. However, it is a heavy ladder to manoeuvre and to adjust to get the maximum extension, a lighter weight ladder would have made the job a lot easier.
