Great machine for removing turf as we had a large area to lift this made it possible to lift the whole area in1 day from cut to clear.

We took off 450 square metres in about two hours - a great bit of kit. The other mossy, moley, bumpy, hilly patch (150 square metres) took a lot more wrangling, but the cutter still managed in the end. It's a heavy beast to turn around, could do with a reverse gear (but that would probably bring danger with it!)

There’s definitely a knack in using this machine but instructions were spot on. I thought I might be pushing it for a one day hire but finished a 13 x 5 meter area of uneven ground in a couple of hours.

It worked perfectly
Very good
Worked but kept cutting out
Very good equipment
Does the job but heavy, difficult to operate and manoeuvre. Very pricey for small jobs. If you have a large flat area of lawn to remove this would be excellent. On uneven or sloping ground it is difficult. Also, it doesn't like tree roots.
This makes quick and light work of any turf removal job. Definitely a must have for larger lawn areas.
Blade needed sharpening but once we got going manage to lift the 3 areas we needed.
Excellent tool and could not have done without it. Great
