This software company really knows its market.
The analytics level for the property research in Australia is second to none.

I always belive in Deep Dive and Data driven decesions rather than following the reumours. Initially I was using sources like RP Data to gather datapoints and wasting hours analyzing them with different tools and AI. Once I got access to HTAG, I felt like I tapped into a Gold Mine of Australian Property data where I have more than I could ask. Thanks Matt, you are genious :)

Most of the data is accurate though there are certain things which seems to be mismatch with what real estate website says.
