I just cant fault HTFR on line record store, Always friendly customer service, They will never let you down, Great selection and prices are very competitive, Place an order before evening and they will do their best to dispatch your order that same day,

Items were always delivered in a timely fashion even from the other side of the globe. Used records were almost always surface-noise free. The last order could have used a cleaning though. Visible fingerprints and some light scratches were unexpected but played as if the record was perfect.

What a great service always find what i'm lookin 4 &. prices are reasonable. placed order last night & they just e mailed me sayin my vinyls have been despatched!!!! A+++++ to HTFR :-)

HTFR certainly have what I need in all matters of Trance music. Their website is very easy to use. The process of purchasing and placing an order was very user friendly. They also have excellent customer service by keeping you updated about your order. I will continue to buy off HTFR. One slight drawback I got two off the same record but I suppose I can use to my advantage. Keep up the good work

Never had a problem with HTFR. Fast delivery to Ireland, always packed well, shipped the day after I order them. The best on-line Company I deal with. Wish there were more like this.

I have ordered from this company for a long time and their service has always been excellent, if you can order a record you're looking for and they have it, I would trust them over anyone else no matter what.

If your into your tunes, spinning that vinyl then this has got to be a good place to get with a good selection. Never used HTF before until i used for the first time, now used three times. I like the fact you can listen to samples before you buy online but more samples i think are needed.

me vinyl got delivered quick, always got bangin tunes and postages is well cheap, just wish they still did styluses or vinyl wipes etc but they always provide excellent service, been using em for bout 5yrs now and never had a complaint

Htfr sent me a email recently regarding an enquiry I made back in 2008!! I left the enquiry in the safe hands of htfr and in all fairness it was a long shot! ..... Well, I've just received my old skool vinyl of a long lost speed garage tune I've wanted for years! And it arrived in loads of proper packaging! Thanks htfr! Bang On!

Won a competition with HTFR on Facebook and received my record very swiftly and with the best packaging i have ever received with a vinyl posted it was in a mailer with 4 cardboard stiffeners which was inside a large jiffy bag which was covered in plastic really wasnt expecting this attention to detail/customer service given that i had won the vinyl despite it being £50+ in value,hats off HTFR highly recommended!! Cheers!

Have been after 1st Base by the Willesden Dodgers for about 25 years and finally decided to dust off the turntable and make my own CD version.

The LP was described as very good. I would say the vinyl looks almost mint, better than most of my LPs which I did try to take care of.

The cover is slightly worn at the edges and is not isn as good condition as the vinyl but it is probably in good condition perhaps a bit better.

The LP arrived I think 3 days after the purchase, although it may have been 2.

The packaging seemed appropriate for a vinyl record although I would probably have placed the word fragile on the cardboard.

I have now digitised the LP and while I have not split the tracks etc I can confirm that it played with no jumps or scratches.

Overall I was very happy with the transaction and I thought the LP was a bargain.

The ordering process was simple and the whole transaction was a pleasure. I received an email straight away confirming my order, and one the next day to let me know the order had been dispatched. Delivery was quicker than expected and the order arrived in excellent condition. Thank you.

One of the best vinyl stores out there. I am impressed at the selection available and particularly like that you can add items to wish list and HTFR e-mail you once they do become available as well. Excellent service as usual. Haven't purchased any item since new management took over. Always helpful if you ring up with a Q or query. After the loss of Massive Records in Oxford closing down some years ago its good to know you can still lay a finger on your Fav 12".
