Can't get google apps because of their spyware. Gives you rubbish notifications for useless apps. Storage system unreal. Phone hides files and makes just about everything impossible to find. Can't do anything really on this useless pile of junk.

Everything upto the most recent updates were brilliant. It was the best phone I ever had. Until it started moving things around. I can't find my torch, which has been on my screen for 4 years! Only one small instance in a long line of problems. Time to buy a phone elsewhere.

Please do the following:
When the router is turned on, press the reset button for approximately 3 seconds using a pointed object until the indicator starts to blink.
Restoring factory settings will clear all customized settings. Proceed with caution.
You can configure the router using the web-based management page.
On the label on the bottom of the router you can find the default IP address, user name, and password.

Would give less than zero if I could!Poor customer service,having to chase up complaints over many days to get a response. Customer service referred to handling complaints as 'tedious'!Unbelievable!After promising to reach a solution if we were prepared to wait(and holding on to our money in the process despite goods being returned) after many calls and messages we were given the option of replacement or refund which we could have had in the first place!Timewasters!Thanks to their snail-like response missed out on many other good Black Friday discounts.
Take my advice and AVOID!Their business model is definitely not customer service driven,and zero interest in customer satisfaction!
The poorest UK company by far in my experience of buying tech.Thankfully plenty of other options out there.
Awful experience - Website misinformation - Shady practice
Website misinformation, item not received as described, customer service appalling. I purchased MateBook E for which their website states (at two different places) that it includes the M-pencil. After receiving the laptop, I notieced that the pen is not included. I contacted the customer support to report the missing pencil. They did everything in the book to brush it off and blame me for nor reading the small print on a hidden page which describes the content of the package. Despite them knowing that the product front page in big letters and pretty graphics shows the pen and says it will be included, they don't want to know about it. I complained and asked to speak to a senior member of staff. Guess what? No one is available and they will not speak to me. As far as I see it, it's a deliberate misinformation and miss-selling of their item which I have no other option but to report to Trading Standards. Stay away from Huawei.
Huawei Workmate X wrong keyboard
Huawei Workmate X. Delivered in a reasonable time but with a French or Belgium AZERTY keyboard. Contacted customer disservice right away who do nothing. They escalated my case to a department that is uncontactable. No one knows anything. I am told I am in a queue but no one can contact them to find out how long an escalated case takes. I can't work with this foreign keyboard at speed, for my work as an author. I have deadlines to meet. Useless, uncaring, no service. This would be a good computer, if it came with the correct parts. You cant connect any other keyboard by the way.

I now have two smartphones and a notebook, and a tablet. I got my first smartphone over seven years ago and all the items have not missed a beat the support has been fabulous and never a problem. Now looking at some of their new technology.
If I could give it 0 star I would.
I ordered a £600 laptop, DPD destroyed the parcel and the driver literally ran away before I got up to get the door.
Got in touch with both Huawei and DPD and Huawei could only offer a replacement 10 working days after the same driver who damaged the parcel picks it up for collection. All they could offer is a £20 voucher to use with them. Terrible service from Vlad and I will never shop with them again. Please save your money and shop elsewhere. They have 1.7 star average for a reason.

Huwaei Computer Monitors & customer service is literal GARBAGE
I would do no stars if I could. I bought a computer monitor from Huawei in mid-April 2022, by mid-August 2022 a random black mark appeared on the screen. I went to use the warranty and they shipped me a box to send the screen to the warehouse with. The box was enormous, you could have fit a 50inch tv screen in it. The repair services tell me that the damage isn't covered by warranty and it will cost £80 more to fix than what I paid for the whole monitor in the first place. The repair service returns the screen to me and I find the screen is now damaged beyond use, there is a huge crack in the corner of the screen, and it is now flickering with light stripes across the front. I complain to Huawei, they say they can't do anything because the photos I took of the screen before sending for repair were not adequate even though it was EVIDENT from those photos the screen was not this damaged before I sent it to repair - also bearing in mind they gave no specifics on what kind of photos to take, how convenient. They say things like "as a gesture of good will we will investigate with DHL" - that's the least you can do, not really a good will gesture. Then they respond saying they can't actually investigate because they don't think the pictures will be sufficient. How about this, stand by your product and your warranty - if you guarantee 2 years then sort it out, I literally got 4 months of use. Nightmare company, I've had better customer service with Apple and that is saying something.
Flawed repair service
Their battery replacement service is flawed. Basically if you go via the postal repair option they don't know if batteries are available at the repair centre and you can end up waiting for weeks to get the phone back.

I bought a laptop through official site. According to reviews model I choose is really good but hours after placing the order I have decided to check reviews of their support and was horrified to find out how bad they are. I then tried to cancel the order and my experience since then only confirms that they Indeed have a terrible support. First of all they could not cancel the order (despite ample time prior to shipping) due to various reasons, one being their systems were down... They also failed to stop DPD delivery (I imagine they did that on purpose). I did refuse delivery about the week ago and despite laptop arriving back at their warehouse few days ago I am still waiting for my refund.
Glad I did not accept the delivery as I can imagine return would be even harder.
My advice would be to avoid dealing with them.

Where do I start with these guys!! The customer service is so poor that rather than get angry I had to laugh. They never get back to you and they never let you talk to any one other than an agent even if you escalate matters. Response for them braking my phone and keeping it for 3 weeks was it has water damage! Bu the phone is sold as water proof and I have never ever got it near any water and always in full protective case which is also water resistant. I was basically told to go away and we will do nothing for you following a software update. They should be ashamed.

Awful experience so far. received a notification that the item I wanted (a 3 pack of mesh routers), on the 15th August. I ordered whilst it was available and showing as in stock
I attempted to ask after about 10 days what was happening with the order, and advised I would be contacted, this took about a further 10 days or so for them to even reply saying they're awaiting stock and expected in first half of September so if I'd like a refund to wait
The website says items are generally dispatched in about 3 days. It is now the 24th September and still no sign of it being dispatched
