Huepar provides nice equipment at…

Huepar provides nice equipment at reasonable prices and with many innovative features. I usually document my equipment so requested a link to a pdf of the user manual and my request was politely fulfilled in a very short time. My experience with Huepar's customer support was excellent and I appreciate their attention to customers after the sale.

Great after-sales service

After a break of my laser, had a great after-sales service. My contact guided me with some tests and gave me a quick solution in less than a week with a new equipment not impacting my work.

Outstanding Customer Service

I broke a component on my LP36 laser pole, I reached to Huepar asking if the offered replacement parts that I could purchase. They responded almost immediately confirming which part was broken and then offered to replace it for free. Huepar set themselves apart from other less customer-centric companies. Team Huepar for life.

Great customer service

Fantastic and quick response from Carina Xu. Completely helpful and my issue was sorted out in a couple of days. Would definately recomend Huepar for any laser level or any other product that they manufacture.

Great customer service

After a few uses of original laser, one beam started to dim until I couldn’t see it. They sent me a whole new unit with the upgraded options. Very happy overall

An excellent company, an example to others.

I have nothing but praise and good things to say about this company. The laser level is excellent quality but unfortunately one of the diodes failed, as they can. Huepar replaced it with a new one within a couple of days and even let me keep the old one that still had 2 working lasers. Customer service cannot be faulted.
