International buyers beware

International buyers beware. Even though this site was advertised in Australian Ad banners, & all prices were in Australian dollars, they have listed their US shoes (ASICS) in UK sizing. So when I thought I was ordering a 13US (the sizing that’s actually on the shoe itself), I actually got a 1US (13UK). If you go into a shop the shoe has 13US on it - not UK sizing. Every other international selling site I’ve come across sells ASICS in US (ie their actual) sizing. And cos it took us a few days to realise they won’t return & replace. Just regurgitate Ts&Cs!

Hey Chloe,

As was explained in our email correspondence just prior to this review. All of our items, footwear, clothing etc use UK sizing. We state this on the model page, in the size chart and also in the Terms & Conditions (basically everywhere we can to avoid issues like this) . Thankfully this confusion has only happened once this year on your order.

We operate a 30 day returns period on all goods but the reason you aren't able to return your order is because the shoes have now been worn for several days. We can not sell used products, we only deal in new products. This was also explained in the email exchanges.
