Order never arrived

Order never arrived. When I chased it they didn’t seem to know where it was. Had to get a refund but it didn’t give me any time to order another from some other source. Useless.

the reason so low is because I got sent …

the reason so low is because I got sent the wrong things - without any prior notice. It should have been full length womens leggings/tights and instead it was 3/4 which was sent. Luckily, as it was a present, my wife didn't might it was 3/4 instead of full length.
