A company that stubbornly ignores email enquiries

This is the first negative review I have ever written on Trust Pilot. If zero stars were available to me, I would have no choice but to give this company a dismal nought out of five.

I approached the Bangor branch of Hughes Glass, using their own offered email enquiries address, for an estimate to apply one-way film to the windows of my new flat (which is very close to them). My emails were friendly and to the point, providing precise details of the nine panes that needed treatment. They have completely ignored me, despite my repeated entreaties for either an email estimate or an onsite one.

I have given up trying to get a response from this company, and although I am eighty years old, I have had to do the work myself, presumably not as well as they would have done it.

Please note that the date is approximate. Because their confirmation of receiving an enquiry is only on their site page and not sent by email, I have no record of the exact dates involved.
