I am based in Nigeria, I bought some goods from China and used a Nigerian based forwarder to ship my goods, normally the forwarder assures goods to arrive in Nigeria within 60days, but the goods has not been here, it has exceeded the 60days. Also part of the goods was neglected and still in China, out of their negligence and unprofessionalism. Their website stated they are just going to ship after 3 months it’s been at their warehouse, which will take another 60days, which will then make a total of 120 days instead of 60days, some of the item has expiring date, and the forwarder isn’t sorry or giving any reason for the delay and he doesn’t reply to messages. I advice anyone not to use this guy’s for forwarding ever, they are so annoying, arrogant and not trustworthy. Am planning to report them to NSC and CIFA.
