Terrible integrity and service.
I worked with Kiana Bai from Huilin August 2025, and was not consulted on the progress of my sample as discussed. As a result, the sample did not come out as I wished. Based on photos, I asked them not to send it to me to save on costs, and to refund me the shipping fee of 60EUR.
After agreeing to this, they did not respond or refund me. I followed up weekly for many months and was ignored. I received a message on WhatsApp in March 2026 to ask me to remove my bad review on here. They said if they refunded me as promised, I need to remove my negative review.
They transferred me some of the amount but passed the PayPal fees onto me. I asked them to do it properly, resulting in them putting in for a 'dispute as a buyer' on PayPal for the transaction to be cancelled. I have since been charged 14EUR by PayPal for this dispute, as they claimed that I was a seller who did not send an item.
Poor communication, poor quality, poor integrity. I am waiting for my refund.
