Have been buying snickers work trousers for years as they actually used to last for years. I purchased a pair of snickers work trousers via sparkys in Birmingham who were supplied by Hultafors, the trousers started for fall about from rear seams within 6 months and after numerous emails they have not taken the responsibility of ownership that the material on the new snickers trousers is not as good as prior purchased trousers after spending £155 I been fobbed of and the trousers have been binned, won't be purchasing any snickers trousers again.

Outstanding customer service.

I suppose it makes sense that the longest running forge in Sweden, synonymous with the origin of axe tools, would have impeccable customer service, but as it's so rare these days I feel I have to point it out.

I ordered a few axes of their premier range - hand forged - and experienced a few minor quality issues.

I then wrote to them to explain my situation, expecting nothing more than for them to acknowledge my observations and give the usual response... Sorry, not sorry.

Instead, they blew my expectations out of the water with regard to how they handled my situation.

Long story short, I am very happy and the proud owner of a couple of awesome axes that I expect I'll hand down to family many years from now.

The measure of customer service, in my view, is how a company handles an issue, and Hultafors have proven to be faultless.

A lifelong customer from here on.
