Humanatic is a legit website to earn online money by reviewing recorded phone calls. I've been working for more than a year now and it's been fantastic since start. You should have a verified PayPal account in order to sign-up and to withdraw your money. Make sure you can understand English well in order to review calls accurately. If you can't review calls accurately or try to alter the website, then you'll lose your account. Website is legit, all you have to do is review calls accurately without altering their system and you are good to go.

Stay away from working for Humanatic

Stay away from working for Humanatic. They deactivated my account without prior notice. Now they are refusing to pay me the amount that I recently worked. Besides, the pay for them is incredibly low. It is not worth it anyway. Find another company. Trust me. Do NOT work for Humanatic. Shame on them.

They cheat people out of their money

They cheat people out of their money. Auditors take double pay for mistakes. Half the times auditors are wrong. When you screen things out, they send you to break room. Then they deactivate my account when I was earning towards $10. They never reactivated accounts. They are poor communicators.

I worked from Sept'20 for call review.

I worked from Sept'20 for call review.
I found them bogus, dishonest, discriminatory and frauds.
They kept freezing my account for no reason and finally deactivated.
They don't give training from the beginning and I don't recommend this company since they pay less, frequent suspicious freezing, deactivating account for no genuine reason.
It's all fraudulent and malicious activity and I recommend that this company is stopped from further working and cheating people with their time and efforts.
They don't even answer queries within a week and also don't know if the money they will refund.

I say BIG NO to humanatic.com as company and as working ethics.

Terrible pay, even worse review system.

I do freelance work on other platforms. I heard about humanatic and thought that this would be a perfect fit since i had 15 years of call center experience. I was accepted yesterday and started testing it today.

I expected the pay to be low, but not 1 dollar an hour low. Since you could work your way up to better paying ones, I figure that I would do my time, do a few calls during slow times and work my way up over the next few days. I did about 50 calls over the course of the day. They were straightforward and the categories were very clear and hard to get wrong.

Later in the evening the audits came through showing that I had a few wrong. The only problem was I would listen to the call and the category that I selected was the correct one. For example, one was a caller saying "sorry wrong number" and hanging up which I classified as wrong number. The audit flagged me stating the "correct category was "issue resolved by qualified employee".

After doing research, I learned that the audit system is known for this. You lose twice the pay of the call for each mistake you make which goes directly to the auditor. Many auditors out there know this and flag them wrong for extra money. Long story short, you can do everything right and still get 5 or 6 call flagged as wrong in a day. They are disputable but the process takes days and given the pay rate, the effort is not worth it.

I cut bait and closed my account on the first day. There are plenty of platforms out there that are much better than humanatic. For those looking for freelance work or side money, I would call this a hard pass.

A conversation is not algorithm

The algorithm that you have for her reviews sucks. And the greatest thing that they do is scam, workers from their money. They find any excuse to deduct money. An algorithm robot is not going to understand a true conversation just by programming it. If your a company that needs QA then I suggest not to work with this company. It's a scam for stealing your money and the quality of your calls will always be the same. Because an algorithm software cannot determine the intonation of conversation and professionalism that it takes for a customer service to attend your customers.
