I ordered a baby shower gift from this store and after an entire week of no shipping update, I reached out to cancel — knowing it wouldn’t arrive in time. I was told cancellation was no longer possible but that I could return it for a refund if it didn’t arrive in time for the event.

It arrived too late (as expected), so I returned it immediately, unused and unopened, following all instructions. Now they’re claiming I’m only eligible for store credit — something they never mentioned when I asked to cancel or return. I don’t have kids. I don’t need store credit. I was clearly misled.
At this point, it’s clear they don’t care. No refund, no proper response. I honestly regret ordering from them — it’s been nothing but a waste of time and money.

Couldn’t recommend less.

Shipping took weeks, Prices are on the higher side yet the products are clearly cheap Chinese imports (can tell from the packaging). Very disappointed and will not purchase from this company again. For these prices I expect better.

Update a week later - I reached out to the company to let them know I was disappointed and wanted a refund. They said they wanted the products shipped back to them in their original packaging and postage paid for by me. I complied and have ended up with store credit even though I have requested a refund again, they refuse to budge. Worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I was planning to up the review to 2 stars if the returns process went well. They deserve zero stars at this point.

Purchased an Elf set with 24 days. $75 later for a cheap fake elf and Temu set with items that don’t make sense. Had I of known it was from Temu I would have just purchased direct for a 3rd of the price.

I recently discovered this baby store, and I couldn’t be happier with the products I’ve purchased! The quality is great, and everything I ordered arrived quickly and in perfect condition. My baby loves the soft, comfortable clothing, and I really appreciate the wide variety of baby essentials they offer.

I was surprised to see a few negative reviews, which honestly don’t reflect my experience at all. I can’t help but think they might be from competitors because my orders have always been spot-on. I’ll definitely be shopping here again, and I highly recommend it to other parents!

Paid almost $60 for a feeding set as a gift for a friend’s newborn - it has just arrived today and I’m mortified. It looks beyond cheap, the packaging is awful, covered in Chinese stickers, I’m embarrassed to give it to them. Avoid this website, it’s so misleading.

Bought a set (dress and pants) for my granddaughters baptism. The site looks good and since it is Australian I thought the quality would be good for the price paid. So disappointed. Looks so cheap and poor quality and saw the exact same set on Temu for a third of the price. The item has no label, it had a piece of dust sewn into the back of the dress. came in a ziplock plastic bag. Will definitely not buy from this site again.

Was hesitant at first as i never buy online. But fell in love with some of their outfits. Shipping took a few weeks which is expected, omg i am in love!! Have purchased more and even some gifts for my baby mummas!!
