Poor Quality Games Mostly
I took out the Humble Choice subscription monthly membership, the games offered every month were mostly very low quality games, you do get the odd gem, but overall, very poor value.
Not very trustworthy, they hide behind helping charities, but a quite dishonest company, who are really only out to help themselves financially, all the while pretending to be charitable.
On top of all of this, I cannot claim any cashback for any purchases or lodge any cashback claims for purchases through them, although the cashback site accepts this retailer, obviously I am on some type of illegal black list, maybe because I left this negative review, which is classed as retribution and is unlawful, this just goes to shows how dishonest this company really is!

bought an app, called "gamebook adventures 2" on this website. I selected the android platform. when the download finished, there was no .apk file but a folder with a few different things in it. this has happened once before with this website. when i emailed them twice to ask for the apk file and asking what it was that id downloaded/paid for, i received a reply, then the person didnt bother to get back to me. i emailed again with no response

Not reliable. Fails to generate key and so far (days later) I have no idea how to get my money back from their "support" team. Very poor service. Selection is mediocre at best. Support charity directly rather than throwing money at these goons

Great service with a moral problem
I am a regular customer of humble bundle and i think their bundles are great, i have never had any issues with redeeming the bundles i have bought. I am also a choice subscriber which i find is great value. I do however have a problem with the way they default the donation on charity bundles to only 5% of the proceeds going to charity. You can manually adjust this so that 80% of proceeds go to charity. If you are reading this and thinking about buying a charity bundle make sure to press the adjust donation button under checkout and use custom amount so that the money actually goes to charity. I bet a lot of new customers don't know about this and a lot more money could go to charity if it was more obvious they could donate more of their bundle money.

they fail to process the debt order for my subscription dont notify me and then make my account inactive due to not recieving payment so i miss out on the months humble choice games
Charged me twice and no refund
I was trying to buy 1 item from Humblebundle and whenever I tried. It returned Order Canceled and refunded me. However, I've tried 2 more times and then It successfully charged me and then returned Order Cancelled because we can sell limited amout of this item etc. I've contacted with my bank and they said the payment went through to humblebundle. When I wrote this, the support has returned me with predefined answer and didn't do anything. I still want my refund!

Have been supporting Humble Bundle for many years but now they are blocking me from buying a bundle I want. "Order cancelled" it says and there is no way to fix it. Their support replies on average in 14 days (!) and the bundle finishes soon. There are also constant problems with keys not getting restocked quick enough. Such a shame how IGN messed up a great initiative.

i wanted to buy the Muv-Luv bundle on humble bundle and they charged me for the humble choice which i didn't either want or asked for, i can't understand why i was charged for that without a reason.
Scammed out of keys
After purchase they changed the terms unilaterally for keys purchased from them. in the onslaught of spam email, in no minor way from them, I missed an email saying that a key from a bundle would expire if I didn't redeem it soon. This wasn't stated at the time of purchase but was added later.
They also don't advertise these things so you should double and triple check any purchase with them.
Additionally, they sell bundles with keys they don't have stock for so you may never get your games.
Real scummy business practices, they hide behind charities but are still a business owned by IGN.
When confronted about these issues they say they can't compensate or do anything about it and are sorry that I don't read every spam email I get, and blame me for not redeeming all of my keys the second I purchase them, even though none of this is informed in any clear way when purchasing from them.

They automaticly canceling orders. About 3 months im buying Humble Choice. But now i cant buy. Whats problem?
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. They repeatedly sold me games they did not have steam keys for. Sometimes you have to wait many months to receive what you have bought. Customer service can also take a month to respond. If you have any issues there is nobody that can help you. I recommend everybody to avoid this site, until they get better.
My account is disabled
On June 7, my account was banned. There was no reason for this. As I understand it, this was allegedly related to fraud with the referral system. But I've never done anything like that. I regularly bought bundles and brought 20 new members to the site. But one day I was simply blocked. As a result, I lost all the money for referrals, and some non-activated keys in the bundle. Support has not responded for almost 20 days
Very disappointing customer service
Have used Humble Bundle for a long time- extreme drop in recent quality. I purchased a game for a friend's birthday 3 weeks ago. The purchase page did not have a key to use- I have checked and rechecked almost daily. I contacted Humble Bundle support and have not yet received a response- and calling their number tells you to submit a ticket. Very disappointed to have spent over 60 dollars on something I cannot even give my friend on time for his birthday.

Too bad I can’t give a zero. Customer service is horrible. No response even when you call them, it just goes into computer mode. Bought a package for son but could not access anything. Once they get the money they are gone. It’s a total scam. Stay away and save your money!!!

In my opinion, this site is the best platform for buying bundles with charity parts.
Very bad experience with the store
Very bad experience with ordering supposedly discounted games from the store.
First I was forced to verify a phone number by SMS, then the Paypal payment was blocked anyways to be manually verified by support. No VPN or anything else fishy. I even successfully paid for Humble Choice shortly before placing this order from the Humble Store.
After like 12 hours the payment was accepted, but now the keys are "temporarily exhausted" and I'm still waiting after several days even though they already took the money.
When I placed the order there no indication of exhausted keys and there was also a decent returned wallet credit listed. After payment went through wallet is still empty and no trace of this anymore. Wallet still unchanged and the actual deal is much worse than advertised at order time.
I have better experience with certain not-so-legit key sellers regarding support, transparency and reliability and will consider twice before buying again here.
