Ordered my Adorini humidor online, the process was swift, easy and received a confirmation straight away, which was followed up by another email stating that my package was shipped with an easy to track tracking number.
Sent them an email as I was worried about the package being damaged in transit, again a reply came quickly and I was assured that the warehouse will take utmost care in packaging my humidor. And they did no disappoint, even with some visible scuffing on the shipment box the humidor inside was well protected and no damage, same goes for other items that were also included in the package. Want to really thank the team at Humidordiscount and looking forward to ordering more stuff in the near future.

From start to finish was a super easy experience. The telephonists spoke great English which made it really easy and the product was very well packaged so I had no worries of damage when I opened it all up. Email contact was simple when I needed to change the delivery address too.

I ordered few days ago a Xikar lighter, an Adorini humidor and a leather cigar case from humidordiscount. First thing I would like to highlight is the quality of the packaging as this doesn't happen too often. All items were securely protected and arrived in perfect condition. Delivery was on time with a UPS tracking number to help me know where my parcel was. Easy and efficient. Really happy with my purchase. Will definitely recommend and will buy again from them.

The Adorini humidor ordered arrived promptly and in superb condition. What a beautiful product! Unfortunately the hygrometer supplied wasn't working. However, this is no fault of humidor discount, just a fault. I contacted humidor discount and they were very quick and friendly on getting back to me and resolving the problem.

I recently bought the Adorini Chianti medium humidor. Their website had plenty of products to choose from but I eventually settled on this one. It was easy to order and promptly delivered by international courier service. The Humidor was well protected. It is a very nice looking product with a glass front and easy viewing access of the hygrometer gauge. The humidifier is a good size. It is currently functioning well and keeping my cigars at a nice and steady humidity range as is desired. Overall this is a very good product for the cost and provides value for money both in function and looks.

Quality products, good packaging, excellent documentation and quick delivery. Ordered a humidor which came with a hydrometer, humidifier, and solution. The only minor issue was that the hydrometer needed recalibration.
