Simon Fox and the Humpits Team are simply the best and if you are looking for a first class removal firm then look no further.
From the very first contact we had with them the service we received was excellent. Communication was clear and efficient. The quote was competitive. Nothing was too much trouble. We were given precise pick up and delivery times and they were true to their word.
Members of the team were polite and helpful and a delight to have in the house at such a stressful time.
There was an accident with an antique grandfather clock. Simon dealt with this impeccably. The clock was sent to the repairers and Simon paid the repair bill immediately.
I have never dealt with such an amazing company.

We were incredibly impressed by the service provided by Matt and Dan (on #5) during our recent house move. They were punctual (particularly impressive given we were moving from Oxfordshire, meaning a 0530am start for them!), friendly, professional and very hard-working. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they managed to get everything moved and beds made up within an impressive time frame.
I will be recommending Humpits to all friends and family moving house - this is the third time our family has used them and they have been consistently excellent each time.

Since September 2019 we have used Humpits three times, yes for three moves. None of which have been easy involving furniture into and out of storage, as well as moving from one house to another.
Over the three moves we have met several members of the team and every one of them has been marvellous.

I can't rate these guys high enough. Having had a nightmare with moving our 3 bedroom house contents from Essex into Storage in Yeovil with another company, Humpit's were night and day in comparison. They were professional, friendly and extremely helpful. With new vans, protective equipment for our furniture and protective shoes to prevent bringing in any of the mud from outside, the experience was completely stress free. We would absolutely use use them again and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Simon, Dan and team.

Moved to Cornwall about a month ago, only just got round to writing a review! They were brilliant! Nothing too much trouble either packing or unpacking once here. Very professional, nothing got broke and I don't know how many times they tried to get the fridge in the shed.
The guys were very polite and helpful. Would highly recommend and at very reasonable cost.

First class service from start to finish. Humpits recently moved my parents from Dorset to Hereford. They made a very stressful situation so easy for my father to handle. They were patient and good humoured throughout the move and nothing was too much trouble for them. Superb service and a great team.

I've got to say at the start, I thought I'd made a serious error using this company. They'd been recommended to me by a storage company. But from one unanswered email, to a week or so later me making a phonecall where neither of us could hear each other where I asked about emails and I didn't really hear but I got the impression the guy doesn't answer emails. And then a few text messages later instigated by me rather than them... I really felt like I was winging it on the idea that they'd actually turn up, with no written or emailed confirmation of anything at all, and I started to think "Oh god, theres some sort of backhand deal with the storage company". In my mind I had ended up using cowboys. When they took what seemed a massively disproportionate amount of time to unload stuff from a unit, in my mind, I'd been the victim of one of those ridiculous frauds where someone nicks all your stuff and you've got nothing to show that you didn't just let them do it.

But they turned up. And these guys were good. Like really really good. Amazing service from them, to the point that I'd literally never do any move again without them - and I've moved a few times. They very clearly took time to protect items that might be fragile which is why I'd thought they'd taken too long. They'd see an item that was heavy, and wait until potentially 4 guys were all free before trying to shift it rather than just winging it with 2 or 3 and saying "oops sorry". They'd check where I wanted things to go rather than guessing. They were a well organised team, fun to spend time, amazing at their jobs and just a great all round team working well together.

I want to pass a big thanks on to them for how they treated the contents of my house quite genuinely as if it was their own, and took the time to load it and unload it.

The only thing I'd change is they really really could do with a secretary... just to handle that first bit, and maybe some paperwork so you feel a bit more confident...!

Simon and his team became my heroes today. They handled heavy items and carried out the work with kindness and good humour. They were so efficient, I could hardly believe it. Thank you very very much.

We used Simon and crew to move two places into one. They are very quick and efficient, very easy to work with and great to have around. Competitively priced. Would highly recommend them and use them again ourselves.

Humpits are fantastic - the team are amazing and the service they give is exceptional.
Our first experience with them was when we were moving into our house, and struggling to carry a fridge across the road (we did the move ourselves). They happened to drive past and saw us struggling - they pulled over, jumped out, got their gear and helped us out. That really says it all about their attitude, work ethic and ethos. Subsequently they have done the moves for two family members, and done some other work for us. We all cannot speak highly enough of them. They are very professional, but also flexible and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble, and they care about the jobs they do.
