Humsienk stands behind their products
I bought the 150ah smart battery and battery charger. The battery has worked flawlessly but I had an issue with the charger. Humsienk stood behind their products and sent me a new charger which has had no issues. Their customer service has been very responsive and easy to work with. Thank you for the great product and confidence knowing I will get years of use from these. I highly recommend Humsienks products and I plan to use them for future products.

Excellent experience buying from Humsienk & delivery from FedX
My purchase arrived on time and the package looked in good condition when delivered. I’ve seen bad reviews from some folks about package damages and damaged batteries, I must say I’m impressed with both Humsienk & FedX, the package was in great condition thanks to excellent packaging job done by Humsienk, & FedX did great job delivering it without any visible damage, & the driver delivering the package was both careful carrying, it up my icy driveway and gently placing the hundred pound package on my front step & friendly. I haven’t had time to check out the battery yet but I’m impressed so far and will be buying from them again, my Thanks to everyone at Humsienk & FedX for excellent service

Shipping protection and product operation.
Recently purchased 12v 100ah battery from humsienk , it was delivered without problem. While waiting for delivery was doing research on what needed to be done when it arrived and asked question at company website. Arrow was the person that responded with battery should be charged with a charger that matched battery . I was thinking could use a regular battery charger for lead/ acid battery, so decided to purchase charger from humsienk, also purchased shipping protection with both products . I was replacing a lead/acid battery so I needed battery to use when I was going to bring home a trailer I had purchased. While keeping track of battery charger tracking the charger was returned to origin. Contacted humsienk and shipping protection kicked in, charger arrived in time for use and kept me on schedule . Overall everything functioned GREAT !!! THANK YOU HUMSIENK for taking care of me
