Ordeing with you was very easy. I have had difficulty in specifying a gravel bike wheel with a MicroSpline hub for my 12 speed GRX cassette. But your website offered that option with a simple click. The wheel was shipped and delivered within days. I had no issues mounting a disk brake and the cassette which all fit perfectly on my bike. So now i have a second wheel set. The Hunt set has a 50 C tire aggressive off road tire and the original wheel set has the stock 40 C mixed road tire that I use for more road oriented rides.

Hunt CSR's were very knowledgeable and helpful with regard to the exact specs I needed. Once my order was placed, shipping was within 24hr and delivery within 5 days. The wheels arrived well packed and in pristine condition as advertised. This is my third purchase from Hunt and they have never dissappointed.

We charge $10.00 shipping for spares orders with a value between $30-$70, some orders will be a much higher volume than others, however for some spares orders the shipping cost is much higher to which we subsidise.
However, as a company, we are here for our riders, as goodwill I have refunded the shipping fee back to you.

Apart from producing some great wheels their customer service is brilliant. In particular, the H Care service provided is a major plus in my book. That alone would make me come back when searching for new wheels or hubs.

Trail wides

I am very happy with my wheels
I am very happy with my wheels. And the quick responce to a problem after 6 years. My free hub It got destroyed, and Hunt sent a replacement free of charge within a week. They were under no obligation to do so, given that the wheels had been out of warranty for many years. Thank you HUNT!!

HUNT Bike Wheels Customer service was excellent
I placed an order online on Aug 17,2026 and the process went perfectly. I had a couple of questions that were promptly answered by the HUNT customer service team. Also their online FAQs are very well written. I had high confidence that my HUNT 50 Carbon Wide Aero Wheelset would arrive as described and in good order - they did arrive quickly (3 days sooner than I had expected!)
