There was no questions
There was no questions. Hunt just sent me a whole new wheel. I only expected a new rim. That as a very nice surprise so I didn't need to buy new spokes and build a new wheel

Customer service communication
The hunt proven enduro carbon wheels are great. Trying to communicate with a Hunt employee through the chat function is difficult. It’s to bad because I like the wheels but I will be going elsewhere for my next set.

Bike stuff is complicated as you have…
Bike stuff is complicated as you have to add in compatibility. Thankfully the web page chat chap was awesome and helped me out a lot. The wheels sound amazing and the ride is smoother and way quicker than my alloy wheels. Highly recommend Hunt wheels. These are my second pair and I’m never disappointed.

Hard to contact
Hey. I sent in 2 different questions in the chat feature. Trying to verify which hub adaptors I needed to convert from through axel to QR. No responses. I ordered again what I think is right but not sure.

Searching and finding the chat conversation, it looks like you exited the chat at the 'was this helpful' stage which did not allow you to go through to the next phase which would be leaving a message or query for us which in turn creates an email support ticket that we would of course, reply to.
