I bought a mtb wheelset from Hunt primarily because their reviews were good and the price was very reasonable due to a sale. There was a problem with the rear wheel which I contacted their customer support about. The issue was fixed immediately beyond my satisfaction without question or any hassle for me. This is why they will be my first choice next time I need wheels. And by the way, the wheels run great. Very happy.

I have 2 mtb wheelsets. Both very good! A fee weeks ago I needed a replacement part and the service was perfect. Couldn't wish for more!

Purchasing the setup you need is a breeze and even after the purchase when I needed assistance with an issue I created, the members of Hunt were beyond helpful. Far beyond expectations. Definitely recommend going with Hunt!

Price good, delivery fast. Rear wheel pinging and clanking on first ride. Needed spokes and a re true on the 3rd ride. Dealt with Hunt with previous wheel set and they told me I’d cleaned it wrong and caused the bearings to fail. It was cheap bearings that time. So didn’t have the confidence to contact customer care as felt they would blame me again. Won’t purchase anymore hunt wheels.

Just a month after purchasing wheelsets, a bad car crash destroyed the bike.

Hunt was simply superb, and Steve Davison especially and specifically also. Frankly, I’d scrolled through the warranty and crash coverage, and was pleasantly surprised at the coverage.

The replacement process was quick, personal, and more than reasonable. Move me from “Hunt fan” to “avid Hunt promoter”. Solid products and a solid company!

I've had a few sets of wheels from Hunt over the years with no issue and the quality has always been very good - recently I had an issue with a couple of spokes coming loose which isn't ideal, but Hunt sent new spokes free of charge and reimbursed my local bike shop to fit them, so that was great customer service. They also offered to swap the wheelset for a new pair which was excellent.

the customer support is always very fast and available for any problem, I'm really happy to choose Hunt. I had an issue with a rear wheel and they gave me full support, fixing immediately the problem. They let me ship the wheel to their factory and they gave me another wheel without any additional expense. Totally recommend Hunt!

So pleased with the great customer service that helped me with a replacement wheel after I crushed my front wheel on my bike rack. Really happy with the crash replacement program and the way that Hunt sent the replacement parts to my local bike shop. This was the third set of Hunt wheels that I have purchased so I was a satisfied customer before this mishap.

I was really excited about these wheels. I ordered the carbon 35 for my gravel bike with tires. I got everything set up and the Freehub continuously popped under load after a short ride. Had a professional shop reset up, tried new chain and two different cassettes with the same problem. Hunt was very responsive in working me with the problem. It took a few weeks to get everything done but they did correct it. They ended up sending me a new upgrades set of wheels that worked fine. Now the tires that came with my order failed less than a month in use. The side wall has multiple failures having large knots on it. When the tire was removed you can see the chord was not covered properly and delaminated all around.
These did not meet my expectations. I get things happen. But to different failures in one order is unacceptable.

The nipples started to corrode on my Hunt wheels 3.5 years after purchase. They were out of the 3 year warranty, but Hunt kindly provided me with free replacement spokes & brass nipples for both wheels and I paid a local wheel builder to re-lace the wheels.

My order refers to a problem that I had with my rear wheel (from a Hunt 4season superdura DB wheelset I bought less than 2 years ago). Basically, the rear wheel stopped spinning when thru-axle was tighten. It took me from Fri 31 Jul, 16:55 until the 6 Aug 2026, 10:13 (of emails exchange between me and Hunt) to have my rear wheel sent back to Hunt Dresden HQ. I always believed that the problem was related with some of the components of the wheel and not bad/irresponsible handling of the wheel. In the end, after checking the wheel, Hunt found out that the outer bearing in the freewheel had seized up, which was probably what caused the binding (said Hunt). However, I read about this same issue (i.e., rear wheel binding) to be a known, documented issue among several Hunt Wheelset owners across various cycling communities. In the end I could not take my bike to the Alps and enjoy my summer break cycling. This is the reason I only give 3 stars to my "purchase". 1 star, because Hunt didn't ignored my arguments; a 2nd star, because Hunt was honest in assuming the problem; and a 3rd star, because Hunt solved the problem. But in the end it was me who couldn't ride my bike in that special time of the year that we all work towards and look forward to: summer vacation.

I had crash warranty for my wheels, so i had crash after 2 1/2 year ( 6000km ) cycling....the prosess to get new wheel was very easy: i send photos and after that i get new wheel by mail box....
