Quicker than expected
My vase and book ends arrived quicker than expected! My neighbour signed for it so I didn't know they arrived, and when I contacted Hunter & Co, they immediately responded to say that that my neighbour Wilson had my stuff - and he did, he just forgot to let me know. Amazing customer service :)

Great customer service
Great customer service. Bought bookends as a gift for a friend, she loved them! Slight delay on the delivery but H&C were so proactive and helpful, in fact they contacted me apologising and made sure it was getting sorted before I had even noticed it was delayed. Will definitely shop here again.
