Hunter Douglas is terrible
Hunter Douglas is terrible. I've had to go to the better Business bureau on them and nothing was achieved . I even contacted the attorney general's office . I have the luminettes I'm two patios and they are an engineering nightmare. It was $2000 down the drain and I'm trying to get some paralegal support because Hunter is not honoring their 10-year warranty I've only had these for 2 years and they having problematic a month after I owned them. I'm glad I did not do my bedrooms and my office with Hunter Douglas I chose another company instead I will continue to give them bad reviews whenever I get the opportunity because us consumers must provide each other with information . had I known Hunter Douglas was this bad I never would have selected them the only good point is I only use them for two patio windows and all the other windows I went with a somfy motor and a different company. Don't be fooled by the Hunter Douglas name. they are horrible. Make sure you read the better Business bureau complaints about Hunter Douglas. I wish I would have done that before the purchase.
