Very slow delivery, ordered 2 pairs of contacts for a halloween party, didnt arrive in time.
It took them 7 days to deliver them from Leicestershire to kent,would have beed quicker to walk. Customer service on the telephone was not ver good,was told to just wait.
Will not be useing again.

Disgraceful Customer Service & incompetence don't waste your time ordering from this company. I ordered some lenses and a few other bits and paid for next they delivery. My items never arrived the next day. I phoned the day after and was told the item got sent by Royal Mail standard delivery instead of next day delivery that I had paid for! They also stated that I would get my money back for the delivery charge and my item would arrive on the Monday which was 6 days after I had initially ordered. Monday arrivded still no order. I phoned back on Tuesday & was told to wait till at least Thursday 9 days after I had ordered & paid for next day delivery . Thursday came and went by still no delivery of my items! I phoned back on Friday only to be told my order had in fact been sent out with the initial delivery company & they had attempted delivery baring in mind I had been home all day & never heard a peek from anyone. They also claimed they came but didn't leave a card. So the delivery company had taken my order back to the depot to be returned to the company. Never ever have I heard a delivery company do this, after one "attempt" to deliver & with no card or me being informed of them coming. Lady on the phone asks whether I want them to redeliver I clearly state YES she agrees to arrange it and give me a ring back. she never did! I received an email this morning 12 days after ordering to say they were cancelling my order after it's returned back to them! Utter disgrace Worse online experience I've ever had and I buy online a lot!!! Never experienced service like this before. The worst part was the "I don't care" attitude from the people on the other side of the phone & their attempts to give you the run around. please don't waste your time !!

Good company to deal with- simple order, quick delivery and very comfortable lenses.

Ordered some lenses, says it would take 5 working days, its now been 14 but still no sign of them

I ordered lenses and they never came. The customer rep was certainly polite but just told me to wait some more. After waiting, they still never came. They basically just said ask around my house to investigate where my purchase was. So, they took my money and didn't give me my product. That's stealing.

I was very dubious when I came across this website as they had such amazing prices on TheBalm make up (some over 50% off!). I bought a couple expecting these may be knock offs, seconds or something. They are clearly 100% genuine so I am so pleased I found them and will be going back to buy some more! Not sure if this is a sale or the normally sell at this price, but either way it's brilliant! I ordered on Sunday, arrived Tuesday morning in a next day delivery packaging. P&P was free! A gem of a website.

Delivery is stated as free on the website "free 1st class delivery on all orders" however I was charged 6.99 because I live in Northern Ireland and was not informed of this charge at any part of the transaction until I received my conformation email

Ordered contact lenses and got the wrong ones they said I can either exchange them or keep the ones they sent me and they'll give me 50% of my $ back and I said OK send me the money back please they don't reply i won't be wearing the lenses so it was 35$ to waiste I had my friend buy from them and they were gonna have more customers from me but not anymore 👎

I ordered a pair of white mesh contacts and they came within two day when it said 3-5!! The product was excellent quality and I put them in with no trouble even though I had never used contacts before! This is the first time I have used this company and will use them again! I also plan on buying some Halloween makeup from them as their range looks like exactly what I would! Thank you Hunt and Dye!!

I have opened an account just to post this review as this is how strongly I feel about the extremely bad service this company provides , I ordered an item from their website which clearly said they had in stock, the day after I received a email stating that the item was out of stock and on order, I then emailed to cancel the order as it would arrive too late, after 3 emails with no reply I then had to claim through Paypal, the payment has been taken from my Paypal account but the my account section of the website is now showing payment failed, Please think seriously before ordering from this company as the website does not show the correct stock levels, if your item is out of stock you will have to wait a long time for your product and their customer service is totally non-existent or ignorant?, probably the worse online company I have come across in a long time, I ordered my item from REGIS and it arrived next day without a problem, I don't make a habit of putting bad reviews about companies on the internet but these are particulary bad and people deserve to know about their bad service, I would definitely avoid Hunt or Dye
