Outstanding service throughout the whole purchasing process - from responding to an initial query, to arranging samples from Steelcase, confirming order, updating on production timescale, delivery date, etc. Order arrived as scheduled and to specification. Genuinely a pleasure to deal with, and very happy to recommend.

[One tiny piece of constructive feedback is that the web pages might allow one to see products in their various colours and finishes (i.e. changing as different options are selected). The Steelcase site does this, but the options aren't always the same as those available in the UK.]

Received the chair quickly after ordering. Unluckily, it was faulty, but the team was responsive and exchanged it within 2 days.

After purchasing an office chair and finding the item was not suitable to my needs - it actually made my backache worse - the aftercare customer service was appalling. I received a couple of cursory e-mails telling me there was nothing they were willing to do to help and then all further communication stopped - my e-mails went unanswered. Given the long-term nature of the purchase one would hope for good ongoing customer service from the retailer (and manufacturer). Sadly that is not the case here and therefore I would recommend using a different office furniture retailer.

Bought a leap v2 chair made after order (not in stock for the colour I wanted), very good on all points, a no brainer.

I purchased a Steelcase Leap V2 chair which was solidly built and looked great when it arrived.
Unfortunately I noticed a burning pain in my lower mid back after using it for a few days.
I adjusted the lower back support position many times, changing the tension as well. I bought several different cushions and separate lumber support cushions to try to make it work, but after two months my back was in a bad state and I had to go to a chiropractor several times. My back still isn't right. I can't sit in this chair.

I told Hunts Office and asked for a refund and they just said no.

Over 800 GBP spent on a chair I can't use.
I won't be using HuntsOffice in future.
They need to learn something about customer care.

Hunt's was the only place that I managed to find selling new Steelcase 'Think' chairs, so I took the plunge and ordered.

I am so glad I did. Dealing with them has been a pleasure (especially Jenny), and my chair was delivered 2 weeks earlier than expected.

Having undertaken meticulous research whilst looking to replace my (at times agonising) Ikea Marcus office chair I came across Steelcase, specifically their Gesture model. During my many deep-dives of the internet I kept coming across Hunts Office and their comprehensive videos, blogs and guides; it became clear to me that they are not just a box shipper but experts in their field. I actually contacted several Steelcase agents and Emma at Hunts was by far the most helpful and responsive. We interacted a few times on different aspects of the purchase and she was nothing but patient and helpful throughout.
My Gesture arrived very well boxed and fully assembled, which was great.
The chair actually had an unforeseeable issue and Emma was quick to make suggestions, contact the manufacturer and ultimately, and in a timely fashion arrange to have it swapped out for another – no return to store, no cost of carriage – no fuss whatsoever.

If you are thinking of buying a chair then the Gesture is well worth a look, at 6’2” and 110kgs+ it hugs my long back and cossets my posterior. Marathon work days followed by epic gaming and streaming sessions are no longer leaving me limping like the Ikea chair did.
Of course, Hunts are 100% recommended by me. Look no further.
