As per title, happy with the product (office chair) received.

The people in the showroom were very helpful and allowed me to try a few Steelcase chairs before I settled on the Karman. I ordered the Karman online and it arrived within 6 weeks as it was made to order. The chair has been wonderful so far!

ordered some replacement wheels for a SteelCase Leapv2 chair (moving from carpet to hard floor), arrived via Royal Mail fairly quickly.

They were very helpful with every question I had too. I was expecting a ex-showroom Steelcase office chair for my home office. However the chair that arrived was practically brand new. If I were kitting out a new office they would be my only choice!

If you want new or ex-showroom office furniture I cannot recommend them more.

We bought a desk lamp from them. Made to order. So it took a while to arrive. But it was so worth it!

It’s gorgeous, works so well for what we need (phone charging, ring light, beautiful design).

Also, I got regular updates, so felt reassured and was told when it’d arrive and I could stay and wait for it.

I ordered my Steelcase Gesture from Hunts Office on February 17th 2025, and received it on Friday the 21st of March. I was kept informed of the wait time, with updates from Jenny, who I'm grateful for answering all my emails promptly.

The package with my pre-assembled chair arrived on time according to the tracking I was given, the driver even messaged and called to let me know when he would be arriving. Nice service.

My chair arrived in perfect condition, I'm very happy with the service Hunts Office provided, thank you.

Excellent communication and accurate delivery estimate. Chairs well packed.

The chair is incredible. The delivery was awkward, would be better if they would unpack it and take away all the packaging, which took ages to cut up and put in the recycle bin. They said if they had room, they would. I couldn’t help think the room had to be there as a chair sized box had recently been removed. Still, awesome, supportive, highly adjustable, comfy chair.

Just a great service overall, easy to order and delivery was slick, the product is as advertised
