I’ve ordered suits from different places in what I thought was my size and the top or bottom is always either too big or too small. Hunza G always fits and the colors always look rich. Perfect.

Swimwear damages very easily
Swimwear damages very easily. With minimal wear and following label guidance carefully my swimmers went see through after minimal use. Hunza G customer service is appalling. They went around in circles claiming different positions and trying to put blame on me to avoid replacing the garment. They’re expensive and not worth it if you actually want to wear them for more than 1 holiday

When you first contacted us regarding your original bikini, we reviewed the matter and issued a replacement in good faith. Following this, you contacted us again regarding pilling on the replacement garment.
Pilling can occur when fabric comes into contact with rough surfaces, and after careful review this was assessed as wear-related rather than a manufacturing fault. This was explained in detail via email correspondence.
We appreciate that this may not have been the outcome you were hoping for; however, based on our assessment, we believe our decision to decline a refund on the replacement garment is fair and consistent with our policy.

I contacted Hunza G about a problem I had with a new suit. I was asked to provide a few details and photos and was promptly sent a brand new beautiful suit as a replacement. I felt I was listened to and treated so well. The customer service was exceptional. A follow up note was sent to me.
