Terrible Customer Service from Keiran
My parcel was marked as delivered with a photo, but when I got home it was no where to be seen. The building I live in is very good, and people leave parcels out all of the time and nothing ever goes missing. I contacted Royal Mail, and I also contacted Keiran about this to see if anything he could do, and he just said 'it's not our responsibility once it's with the courier.' Whilst this might be the case, I am very disappointed at the lack of customer service or care when something goes missing. This was a gift for my partner's birthday, and I have paid for the item and not received it. Keiran did not seem to bat an eyelid at a disappointed customer. I've now lost the money I spent on the item and have to deal with Royal Mail, chasing it up just so I can get the gift back, and Husbandsuk don't seem to care because 'it's not their problem.'
Will not be buying from or recommending them at all.

I’m really sorry to hear about your experience – I completely understand how frustrating this must be, especially with it being a birthday gift.
I’d like to clarify that once an order is marked as delivered by Royal Mail, it’s considered fulfilled on our side. However, that doesn’t mean we don’t care or want to help – and I’m sorry if my earlier response came across that way.
In situations like this, Royal Mail are best placed to investigate as they have GPS tracking, delivery photos, and can speak directly with the delivery officer. That said, I’m more than happy to support you alongside this process where I can. If you haven’t already, please open a claim with Royal Mail, and feel free to send me the reference number so I can follow up from our side too.
