I approved my crypto redemption about 6…

I approved my crypto redemption about 6 days ago and it isn’t my first redemption with hush casino. I’ve been trying to reach someone all week to get the status of why I haven’t been paid yet but I am still waiting for a response. I have left numerous emails and messaged them
On live support but still nothing. This is a joke! I better get Paid!
If hush casino reads this, Do the right thing.

It took a month for them to verify my…

It took a month for them to verify my account after my account was already verified and all they had to do was allow the redemption verification on their end. Several emails for weeks with no response. They just now responded after I brought how many unanswered chats and emails I have gotten. They said a user hacked into the system and they didn’t know anyone’s balance or redemptions for some time. That was 2 weeks ago. I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for my redemption since requesting. I got a 24hr processing prompt(it’s BTC and we all know that’s a few hours or instant). They wrote me 5 days later stating wait 7 to 10 business days. Over a month and a half from waiting for verification and redemption. Haven’t seen anything and they won’t respond now either. Do not purchase large packages. You won’t see it or it will be a battle to get it. My opinion don’t join or spend. I play many sites that aren’t scams actually all that aren’t scams. I know these sites and rules like the back of my hand. I have multiple redemptions coming in almost daily if not daily. They don’t show much respect either when they finally answer after 15 emails. I have to write them again now. If they are just taking purchases and not paying, then they need to be reported to the federal trade commission if nothing is payed. I see why they call it Hush Casino. Shhh or hush about not getting paid.and crypto that’s instant at that to transfer?

I've been waiting about a month now for…

I've been waiting about a month now for my redemption to go through. It's only 100 bucks and it has been approved and is no longer in my hush wallet. It seems to have disappeared. Live support is dead. They just don't respond to anything. Very annoyed and basically given up.

Still on the fence

UPDATE:
It took 7 days but I did in fact finally receive payment to my crypto wallet. I’m still perplexed at the redemption time, but very happy it finally paid out.

ORIGINAL POST:
Came here to see if any one else had reported issues with redemption. I’m not sure how long I had waited but I eventually had to send a message to support asking why it was taking so long for my account to be verified. I didn’t receive a response but my account was eventually verified (I believe the following day). I then tried to do my first redemption for just $50. I chose the crypto option and it has now been 5 days and I still have not received funds (yes, I understand crypto and entered my wallet address correctly). I have played and redeemed on numerous crypto sites and the redemption is always instantaneous. Not sure what the issue is here

I will update my review if I do receive funds. I would really like to see this work out favorably because otherwise Hush seems like a great platform. Large game selection, low redemption threshold, lots of cash out options, great daily bonuses, etc

Approved redemption unpaid

My redemption was confirmed on January 16, 2026 after full verification and playthrough.

As of today, it has still not been paid and support has not been able to provide a timeline beyond “being looked into.” If they reply at all.

Also, there’s a certain affiliate you all have embarrassingly left out to dry as he continues to fight for you all while getting slaughtered due to no redemptions

I will update this review if & when the redemption is completed.

Hush was giving high log in rewards

Hush was giving high log in rewards. It seemed too good to be true; like there’d be a high play thru and low RTP. They’ve closed for a month doing “maintenance”. Why is a new platform closed for such an extended period to perform maintenance? It will be interesting to see if they resurface.

I am now 15 days into a redemption

I am now 15 days into a redemption. They take days to reply to a email if they reply at all.You can literally see in the live chat when they are online so its obvious i am being ignored. I keep being told they will look into my redemption. It has been 15 days for what they said would be a 24-48 hour redemption. It seems like the only thing they are looking into is a way not to pay me. And this is a measly $100 redemption. If they cant pay that good luck if you hit it big. Im giving them 24 hours before i contact the states attorney general and the BBB. STAY FAR AWAY.
I Will update my review if anything changes.

Listen guys... If you have an issue with a sweeps casino no paying out you do not contact the FTC for these types of casinos. They are sweeps casinos, so you contact your state attorney general!

Company refused to process my…

Company refused to process my transaction after being promised a week ago my redemption would be processed the next day. It’s only $500 however I would love to have some freaking clarity in regards to where my money is at this point. They had no problem accepting every deposit I sent their way however when it comes to paying out they’re stagnating as much as humanly possible. It’s unbelievably disingenuous and just straight up fraudulent how they maneuver the legality of their “sweepstakes casino”. Very frustrated and would love to see my money at some point.

No communication, long questionable redemption policies, are concerning

Enjoyed everything about this casino, with one glaring and unacceptable, at least in my opinion, exception. Played for a couple hours on my first visit and capped it off with a very nice win. My KYC had already been completed so when I went to redeem all that was necessary according to the site was to verify my account. Not really sure once my identity is verified exactly what verifying my account involved, but they said it should be done in 1 to 2 days. Waited 36 hrs checked the account, but nothing had changed and I couldn't redeem yet. Decided to play a little bit with the winnings, lost a little but nothing major, went back the next day, still nothing done, long story short it took me over a week for an account with my KYC done at the beginning to cash out. I tried to use live support, gave up after half hour of waiting, the second try at live support resulted in the same wait, however I did receive a response saying someone would check into. 16 hrs later no update, so I responded to the message explaining my frustration. No responses, no action, logging in daily to redeem but not being able too. I never did receive a response to my emails, live support queries, finally on the 8th day I logged in and could cash out. Delaying payouts such as this is common practice amongst less than reputable casinos, as logging in with a balance you have won, increases the likelihood they will win back some of their money, and they did. By taking advantage of being a sweepstakes casino, tactics such as this can be done without the concerns a licensed and regulated casino would face. They did pay me after the week, which is why I gave 2 stars, ones are reserved only for the growing numbers of sweepstakes casinos, that have decided they just won't pay you period. Just disappointed terribly with the whole process, 8 days to verify something that was done day one, no communication, no concern for the customers inconvenience. It left me disappointed because the games are good, the layout of the casino is great, unfortunately what was an enjoyable experience that resulted in a steady customer, many referrals, and positive reviews ended with me questioning either their competency or their ethics, hopefully it's the first as mistakes and lack of communication can be fixed fairly easily,

I played on HushCasino right after they opened and I just got paid my first redemption. I think they’re still working a few kinks out being a new site so don’t judge them too harshly right away, but they look very promising and I hope to see them stick around

Your new go to casino...

With social casinos being the most dominant and fastest growing sect of gaming right now it's very easy to feel like just another number. So when you find a casino like Hush that prioritizes customer experience, gameplay, and bonuses. A casino that even in their first two weeks of being open surpasses over 90% of the existing social and sweeps casinos out there. They prioritized my overall experience and I know this will shock a lot of people but when I cashed out they didn't try to find a way to not pay me. Anyone who plays the casinos that are out there right now know that earning enough for redemption is only 50% of the battle. The other half comes in trying to wrestle your winnings away from the casino. Most of them will do anything they can to try to not pay you. That vibe doesn't exist here. Customer service made sure I knew the exact process and steps that they had to go through to make sure I received my winnings. Most casinos if you redeem on a Friday you might see it the following Friday. Because the weekends don't count and this doesn't count and that doesn't count as part of you're waiting period. My ID verification was done upon sign up and my account verification was was completed in a couple of days. Customer service informed me it's been processed and I honestly thought sure okay a couple more days and I looked at my phone it was already there. To me this says a lot about a casino. Post payment I was not bombarded with 150 emails about sweeps coin deals and this and that. That speaks towards a confidence in their brand and they should be confident in it because it was an enjoyable experience and I will be playing there again. A lot of players have a rule when you cash out from a casino you don't go back for a little bit. I don't feel like that's going to be part of my player experience here. I'm going to be honest, I'm going back today. I'm going back because I enjoyed the experience I'm going back because they didn't make me feel like a number I'm going back because they were very transparent about what's going on right now with them. Unlike other online casinos I do believe that they're going to get even better and they're going to do it by keeping themselves informed of customer experience. They don't have the norm behind the scenes putting this together. In the past few years that I've been playing I can promise you I've never spoken to an owner or even thought about trying to speak to an owner. Hell their owner made sure to speak to me the owner themselves was engaged in their casino making sure their players are being treated right and are enjoying themselves. If quality counts especially behind the scenes, if gameplay counts, if you're experience at a good casino counts I would give Hush a try. A win or a loss is never 100% of the experience. Being able to navigate the website, the features incorporated into the website which by the way are pretty damn good. The way they have the transactions laid out the fact that they offer a vault and the fact that I don't have to search for 20 damn minutes just to find something I'm looking for is refreshing. If I play on any more sites where I have to spend 20 minutes looking for a damn promo or something like that I'm going to flip out I hate that s***. It's all laid out in a user friendly manner. They offer crypto transfers (very important),standard ach transfers and the like. They've put in to an affiliate system these guys are not planning on being here today and gone tomorrow. It's very obvious they have plans are for the future and players want that in their go-to casino. I think Hush is going to be a lot of folks new go to casino. They are new so they're not 100% yet and that says even more about their brand. Hell they're already better than most of them out there. So thank you Hush casino for the experience and don't get mad at me for saying this but guys they got the best daily bonuses out there right now. Hands down the best daily bonus out there right now and that's the least of their features. I want to say to the players that are going to read this. If this review seems like it was crafted or that some time or thought was put into it's because it was. And you've done the same thing when you've come across something that you genuinely like. I did put time, effort and thought into this review because of the experience I had. I asked if they were going to have a trust pilot page so that I can review them. They said they were building a page but... So I'm not even 100% sure this is even going to be seen right now. Players by nature are suspicious and untrusting of new casinos that aren't yet established or even talked about that much. This was unsolicited this is my doing and this is my honest opinion and my real experience. Once again thank you Hush.
