I had an issue with the delivery and they basically said I had to sort the refund with the Post Office. I've never encountered such indifference. Their attitude was shocking. It has made my overall experience horrible and I would never buy nor trust Hush Puppies again.
Don't buy from them!
Sadly ordered 4 pairs of shoes all the same size. Tried to return one as my feet won't fit in the straps unlike the other 3. Was told that is my problem and pay for the return. Took over a week, 2 emails and a phone call to get this answer also. Loads of other retailers to choose from that have a safer return policy.
Comfortable but bad quality
A comfortable pair of shoes, but very poor durability. In less than a year the sole on the right shoe has worn all the way through with cracks in several places. No wonder my foot was getting wet. I have previously also had to patch a seam that began to split

Seems tonne a recurring theme on Trust Pilot, Hush Puppies diabolical customer services.
Have always trusted the brand and normally never had an issue, bought a pair of HP Matias Brogues, first pair fell apart after a few days, second pair lasted probably 6 Months worn sparingly.
Obvious design defect with this model, HP not willing to do anything. Not the brand it once was, save your money and buy something decent and use a company that actually stands behind its products.

We bought a bag from Hush puppies in Dubai Mall on 15th September 2024 for our daughter who was going to take it with her to UK to use it there. So after two days , she flew there and the ZIP got defective within 3/4 months itself. She was unable to use it and after university closed for the holidays, she has come to Dubai and there after, we took the bag for repair to the Hush puppies shop in Dubai mall , from where we purchased and explained our situation to the manager. They are refusing to repair the defective zip and I believe that a reputed brand has to statutorily sell goods that have reasonable quality for the purpose that it has been bought for. Be careful if buying such sub standard products. This is unlike so many brands who do their maximum best to vouch and defend the quality of their products and give utmost customer satisfaction.
Disappointing Experience with Hush Puppies Boots
Dear Hush Puppies Team,
Today, I decided to wear my Hush Puppies boots, which had been stored in my closet for about a year. Disappointingly, while on my commute to work, the sole of the boot completely fell apart.
This was especially disheartening as Hush Puppies has always been my go-to and most trusted brand for footwear. The incident not only left me embarrassed while on the train but also forced me to borrow a colleague's shoes just to get to Myer and purchase a replacement pair.
I felt compelled to share this experience as it was both unexpected and disappointing coming from a brand I’ve long admired.

Terrible customer service
I had a bad experience in the online store, and a worse experience with customer service, save your time and money and go elsewhere. I attempted to purchase a pair of sandals on special in their online store, the website was glitchy and the sale didn't go through although they did take my money, 4 times. When I contacted customer service they blamed me and refused to honor the special price, I got my money back a week later.
I again asked if they would honor the special price, and sent them a screenshot of my bank account as proof of the purchase and they said they would get back to me, after two months I got an AI generated email asking for feedback on my purchase, I replied that I had been refused the sale and the customer service was garbage. Customer service then sent me an email apologizing for the confusion and said they would sort the problem out as soon as they could. Never got back to me, again, save the time and money and buy from someone who gives a monkeys about their customers.

Absolutely DO NOT order from Hush Puppies. By far the worst online shopping experience of my 25+ years of online shopping. I received my order and several pairs of shoes were faulty – improper stitching, scuffs and marks. I immediately followed the return instructions which was to email them which I did same day as delivery (Monday 20th January), but got no response. I called customer services on Friday 24th January and they said they had no record of my email and to try again. I this immediately, still no response. I called again on Wednesday 30th, and customer services said they still hadn’t received my email and then sent me an email to test, which I received whilst on the phone to them, and responded to immediately. No response. I called again on and again Thursday 30th and customer service told me they still have no record of my emails and said they would contact me with a WhatsApp Number to send the pictures of the faults to… I received nothing. I then get an email 3rd February saying they are still trying to find me the WhatsApp Number to send my photos to….. I also contacted the Social Media team who said they have raised with customer services, twice, and they cant help me any further…. So here I am two weeks later and no resolution on how to return faulty products. Given the pathetic 14 day returns window, I’ve ow been forced to send the 7kg order back at my own expense. Hush Puppies, I demand the £8.75 spent on this out of my own pocket to be refunded along with my order, ASAP.
It would help if Hush Puppies actually had a system whereby customers could start a return themselves, like every other online retailer has, your “sort yourself out” policy is uniquely unhelpful. The fact your customer service staff who man the Social Media and Phone channels are powerless to help is another failure.

Waste of money. Size completely wrong and shoes do not fit despite never having had a problem purchasing products from Hush Puppies before. Box which arrived in thin plastic bag damaged, which according to their returns policy means I can not return the item.

Order a size 7 which is the only size available according to the website. For me to receive a size 8 in a size 7 box. Also not returns form. Taken nearly a week of emails to say I can return the item as long as I fill out the form but they won't send the correct size out just give me a refund.

Prepare to be 'frustrated'.
A few months ago I purchased a pair of HP Chukka boots size 11, fitted superb and really comfortable.
Decided to order a pair of HP summer shoes so went for the Navy Howards in size 11 and much to my amazement, they were too small, a whole size in fact.
Further to my amazement, I had to pay to return them at a cost of £5.09 signed for 2nd class, just to ensure that I get a refund for the ill-fitting shoes.
When I emailed their Customer Service I was told that 'sizing can differ depending on the style of the shoe' and that 'I must find this frustrating'.
Firstly, how can a company of HP's age and experience not make shoes that conform to size? It's quite remarkable that in 2024 a shoe manufacturer can not make footwear to a consistent size and secondly, to be so patronizing to say I must be 'frustrated', unbelievable, from a company that has been around for years.
My advice, don't buy HP shoes online, in fact, stay away from an outdated, antiquated company that has no respect for it's customers.

If I could leave no stars I would! Absolutely appalling customer service. I ordered a pair of £40 slippers for my dad which never arrived. They use Royal Mail who delivered them to a random place on his street which couldn't be located. We never found them so contacted Hush Puppies. They said they'd done a Royal Mail inquiry and nothing further could be done. I've paid £40 and received nothing!!! It is absolutely disgusting. Would NEVER buy from them again.
