I placed Order #12099 on 23 August 2026, and it has now been almost a month with no clear update on the order, no dispatch information, and no expected delivery date.

I have sent multiple messages to their WhatsApp support number over the past several days, but there has been no response from their end.

To make matters worse, the account/order page on their website, where customers are supposed to view their order details, has suddenly started showing "404 Not Found." It has been inaccessible for at least 4–5 days since I first noticed it, and it could have been unavailable for longer. So not only am I not receiving any communication, I cannot even log in and properly check my order details/status on their website.

At this point, after waiting for almost a month without any meaningful update or response, I am going to raise the matter with the payment gateway and my bank and seek a refund through the appropriate dispute process.

BEWARE: IN MY EXPERIENCE, THEY HAVE KEPT MY MONEY FOR ALMOST A MONTH WHILE PROVIDING NEITHER THE PRODUCT NOR A CLEAR DELIVERY UPDATE. IT EFFECTIVELY FEELS LIKE THEY GET TO HOLD AND USE THE CUSTOMER'S MONEY FOR FREE WHILE THE CUSTOMER IS LEFT WAITING AND CHASING FOR ANSWERS.

Based on my experience, I would not order from here again. I would rather pay ₹500–₹1,000 more and purchase from a reliable merchant with a proven track record and responsive customer support.

If you are considering ordering from this website, check recent customer reviews carefully before paying. If your order ends up like mine, be prepared to spend your own time repeatedly following up, trying to find out what happened to your money and order, and potentially having to approach the payment gateway or bank for resolution.

For me, the entire experience has been mental torture and an unnecessary waste of time just to get basic information about an order that has already been paid for.

DON'T JUST LOOK AT THE PRICE — CHECK THE MERCHANT'S RECENT REVIEWS AND RELIABILITY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.

I would not recommend ordering from Hustle Culture based on my experience.

The product was displayed at ₹14,740. I selected Cash on Delivery because this was my first order from the website. During checkout, I was asked to pay ₹7,545 upfront and the remaining ₹8,195 on delivery, making the total ₹15,740. The ₹1,000 COD handling charge was not clearly visible to me before I made the payment.

When I questioned the additional ₹1,000, customer support said it was a COD handling fee and that it was supposedly displayed during checkout.

There was also a delay in shipping updates. I was told “Your order will be shipped this week”, but after 10 days there was still no website update, and I had to contact them repeatedly for information.

Overall, the pricing disclosure and communication have been disappointing. I recommend checking the final payable amount and all additional charges very carefully before placing an order.
