I had a very bad experience with this site. The one house listed for rent in my area turned out to be not on the market for the last three years! The owner told me so after I paid big bucks to receive his phone number from this site. The house owner told me that they never advertised the house on this site.
My advice: leave this site alone. There are better alternatives that cost less.
