Be warned!!! Once they have got your money they are not interested in you any longer. We spent over £7,000 and had defective products installed. They are simply not interested in correcting anything. Emails and telephone messages are left unanswered and when you do eventually speak to one of the owners they are full of apologies and promise the moon - but nothing ever happens! I wish that I had listened to those that had warned me - don’t make my mistake: Shop elsewhere!

Great with the pre sales advice and personal chat with special reference to being a family run business who care. Unfortunately like all companies as soon as they have your money you're on your own......beware! Great stove and nice install but my communication since has been completely ignored. Like I said ...... have money and run! Very disappointed!!!

Yet another log burner installed by Hutchesons of Portsoy. Neil and his staff are always so helpful and keep us up to date with installation details. Neil, as always, helped us with our decision making on the right fire for the house, Rodney and Gregor who installed it, did a sterling job, keeping the carpets and furniture well protected from dust and building materials and were always cheerful and very knowledgeable. They worked hard and endured no time was lost, cleaning up all the mess made.

At the end of the day a perfect job was done and we are extremely happy with the result
