EU Consumer & Business Dispute Reporting: Since Antidra d.o.o. operates in Croatia (EU), I am preparing to report this non-payment and breach of agreement to relevant Croatian trade registries and legal dispute forums.
I completed 50% of the agreed project work honestly and professionally for Antidra d.o.o. (hvar.com / forkira.com). As per the agreement, a milestone payment of €600 was due. Instead of releasing my hard-earned money, they started making senseless excuses regarding bank details and account verification to delay and withhold payment.
They got their work done and then refused to clear the outstanding invoice. This is completely unacceptable, unethical, and unprofessional behavior. If you are a freelancer or contractor, BEWARE of working with Antidra d.o.o. or their associated emails (infoan at tidra.hr, info at hvar.com, reservations at forkira.com).
I am demanding immediate payment of my €600 for the work delivered, or I will take further legal and public action across all professional forums.
