Quick, reliable and friendly!

Fantastic service from Hatem - he helped to carry our table up to the apartment as a gesture.

We received the content on our entire house yesterday, a smooth and fast move from Copenhagen, Denmark, to Alicante, Spain.

Tommy, our driver, was super friendly and helpful. He even helped me get my rather heavy bed up the stairs when it turned out the local company I had hired on this side, bailed on us, and the bed did not fit into the elevator. Above and beyond duty.

The service we got here in Spain was fully on par with what we experienced in Denmark during pickup.

They came on time. They were nice. They moved the stuff very carefully. They helped with wrapping the television. They took care of the chairs and the items that needed extra care. Another van came to pick up the bikes since the main truck did not have holders for them. Quick, careful and efficient. They are professionals and you can tell.

This Company have No reguard for anyone!
They park in such a way that it is impossible to pass - in a oneway system where there are No alternatives, when by moving less than 5 meters this would not be the case - they Block in parked cars - again the 5 meters would fix this, and they refuse to move. They are rude when asked to move. They did not have the Space reserved they needed, laziness or incompetance I don’t know.

I booked Hvejsel, part of Thortrans, to pick up a rare handmade Kaare Klint mahogany dining table at Bruun Rasmussen auctions for me in Copenhagen to deliver to our house in Norway. It arrived in a Thortrans van with one of its solid wooden legs completely broken in two with no hope of ever mending it. The wood was splintered. The driver told me that a whole solid kitchen next to it in the van had fallen down on it because the entire kitchen had not been secured appropriately. So my fine, handmade 1930 Kaare Klint table in perfect condition must have just been shoved into the van with legs up, next to a big, heavy, solid wood kitchen that had not even been secured in the van! And with this set up they were driving on Norwegian mountain roads! Upon calling the company today, they haven't even been able to tell me that they will replace my costs for my fine table, which they completely destroyed while they had in their care, and frankly, nobody but the driver even apologized for their extreme carelessness.
