I called at 7:56am filed claim with a machine, and was told I’d get a call back
Mid afternoon and no call yet

The AC company was professional, prompt, and fixed our AC with no issues.

I don't like setting claims with AI. I don't like paying service fee upfront or putting on hold before even getting a technician assigned. Then being told it would be returned to my account within 24 to 48 hours which could interfere with the time frame the technician could arrive

I am hoping that HWC will be available for more information about our coverage when we are ready to need your service .

Upon the technician arrival, he demonstrated professionalism and quickly diagnosed that the motherboard was defective. Fortunately, he mentioned that this was good news since the refrigerator is new and he would need to order a replacement part.

Fixed the problem, professional, I know exactly what was going on. I called HWA and the appliance guy got a hold of me same day came to the house a couple days later!

This company is awful. Claims are denied, including the items you all are responsible for. The technicians that you guys hire that make mistakes your company does not take ownership and responsibility of to fix

The technician was very polite and professional. He arrived during the time frame I was told. He not only replaced the part but cleaned out the bottom of my dryer that was full of lint. The cleaning out the lint from the bottom inside of the dryer finally allowed the lint filter to fit. Highly recommend this technician.

I am very disappointed with this claim-price to fix my 6 ish year old washer was $1000+ so HWA said they were going to replace it for me-offered $406 to replace a washer (and mine was not a low end model) then after I said ok-it’s a Lowes e-gift card that’s going to take up to 30 days to receive! I really have no words to convey my thoughts!

Latasha Warren was very helpful. She was really pleasant and helpful. She made the experience very very nice.

My case manager was on top of things and explained it questions that I had for her. She was very helpful.

My technician was very knowledgeable, explained all aspects of my repair was explained. My technician got back to me that day, to update me with what was going on with my claim. GREAT JOB

The person who came was very good and a very nice person. He fixed the problem very fast.
